I am Ayten and welcome everyone to my blog! Here I share posts mostly about personal development, professional life, project management and Agile. These are the main areas that I want to focus, but we’ll see how it goes :)
My hometown is the ‘city of winds’ Baku which is the capital of Azerbaijan. There, I’ve done my bachelors in Airways Management and Operations (which is weird because I didn’t pursue a career in aviation). During 2017-2019, I lived in Sydney, studying and working there. Now, I reside in Tallinn, Estonia which is radically different from sunny Australia, but equally beautiful in its nordic way.
A little bit more about me, I’ve graduated from the University of Sydney with Master’s in Project Management, and I’ve worked mostly in the software development industry as Project/Product Manager for 6+ years. I hold PSM I (Professional Scrum Master I), PSPO I (Professional Scrum Product Owner I), PMI Agile Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and SAFe 5 Agilist certifications. Currently, I work as a Product Owner at Ericsson Supply Site Tallinn.
I have some volunteer experience as an entrepreneur, and as a marketing director at Project Management Institute, Sydney chapter.
